So, if I understand correctly, there is NO arcadey PC racing game with real-life cars that are not all super- and hypercars or only American ones other than Blur? Oo

So they fap faster... It is actually very dangerous to not fap in the army in regular basis, there is a special lesson in training where commanders scold you the benefits of fap and such They obviously don't want a regiment orgy

To be fair, what racing game has released on the PC that wasn't also released on consoles?

If you're still interested in NFS The Run it does satisfy what you want. The less than stellar score I gave it was due to the influence of Criterion's Hot Pursuit. Oh and there's NFS World but that game is no longer on my recommendation list for some very good reasons.
