There's been a few Dota matches around three hours before. If I remember right there was like 500k gold between the teams and over 100 kills each. Total wat. Some of the players were pushing 2k last hits.

Not very common (not that it was common before) anymore due to the last few patches, my longest is only ~90 minutes.
