Shipping stuff from the US to France, then having someone bring it here is op.
Agreed. Shipping stuff needs a patch. Seriously imba atm. Pffft n00bs!!!1!
It's cheaper to ship from the UK to Hong Kong to Sydney than from the west coast US to Sydney.

wat

And it's cheaper to buy stuff from the US than from the UK (at least on amazon) D:
Not for me.

Remember you need to subtract 20% from all the UK prices because you don't pay VAT. 8|

Not if you're having it delivered to France.

Quote

VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods delivered within the European Union.

I thought you were still in Tunisia.

Tough titties, I guess. 8|
(Although in that case why are you using UK/US rather than FR?

Back when Amazon UK did free shipping to Australia every single thing was cheaper for Australians than it was for Poms. :xD:

I still am in Tunisia, but the customs here are still thieves. Not only for the tax I'd have to pay on imported goods, but also for the fact that they're literally thieves, stealing shit from incoming shipments.
Also, prices on Amazon.fr are exactly the same as on Amazon.co.uk D:
Actually looking at Amazon.fr everything is more expensive than UK. D8

dem Euros

Well I dunno, I only compared a couple items and there was only a 2£ difference in price :P

Slight overestimation at the moment - massive misreporting by the media D8 . 3P oil is only valued at about $1 a barrel, not closer to $100 which is what people are currently estimating at. Consider it $200 billion at the moment - if they get a partner in and prove it exists then you might see it rise to $10 a barrel. Pocket change, I might add ;)

THAT happens all the time, especially on current Syrian conflict, they portray Asad as a murderer who responsible for every single killing in the country, and ignore terrorists :/

Actually, the BBC has been very good about it all, they've simply said they don't know who's done what. All I know is that there's a war, and lots of people are dying by various people's hands. It's not on.
