Sort of.
The first episode is a text adventure... But really, you're playing a game where your character is playing a text adventure.
The second and third episodes you are given various instructions, and you have to carry them out out.
And the fourth one is a bit of both and whole bunch of OH SHI-
But the reason you should get it is that it is 4 really well told horror/sci-fi/mystery stories. I can't really say any more than that without spoiling it.
