It shoots bullets in four directions, and you can fire Hadoukens (down, right, fire) and Scorpion's spear (left, left, fire) with it. The spear can even be used to steal items from shops, and when it runs out of ammo, the gun is destroyed and spawns a random chest. It's pretty good!
