Replace the term bullying with the term harassment in your reports and it might have more of an effect 8|

I have! I even have a HIO (harassment investigation officer) meeting on the 14th Jan. And two other people in the office who have given statements about his behaviour.

It's got a bit intense.

As it should be. Men should be shaven |8 .

I wonder if it's still allowed to have facial hear in the Armed Forces at all, actually.

Rudeness of the highest calibre.

I shave my beard once a year and life feels so empty without it. D8

Not at all, shaving fucking hurts, especially the moustache. You have to like warm it up, grease it or whatever so it feels slightly more comfortable to do it, fucking unnatural!

Trim it, then shave it. Don't put grease in something you're about to shave, that makes no sense D; .

The only comfortable way I've had to shave a longer beard (2cm+) is to get a barber to do with a straight razor, anything else is terrible.

Using clippers before shaving it all off gives me the worst itch for 2 days after, clippers are only good to trim tbh.

I need to grow the beard to distract people from the thinning at the top of my head (and to hide the genetic double chin). D8
