Reminds of when I was at school, we had to make a board game. I decided to make one based on C&C (probably based on RA2?) To avoid copyright, I used a thesaurus can called it something like: Supervise & Subdue.

The only thing I remember about it is I printed out a whole bunch of units. Unfortunately, I used normal printer paper and each unit was tiny (like 1cm²). It was really tricky to just get them all upright when starting the game, let alone keep them upright; the slightest breeze would basically end the game.
