Then I found out it's inhibited by high calcium intake, and I felt safe again .

But calcium actually is the reason of kidney stones? When it binds with oxalate.

Kidney stones scare the shit out of me. Especially after seeing it on news that they took some stones out of a guy so big that Palestinians could use those to throw at Israeli soldiers.
I took out quite small ones, like sand, if it hurted that much i don't want to think about larger ones...

High calcium intake promotes formation of calcium oxalate in the digestive tract which allows you to just crap them out, and this results in lower oxalate count in the kidneys.

I need numbers, Mason! How high? How many glass of milk do i have to drink to flush all the oxalate away!? Or how much cheese!?
