It's doing his escape his mind over and over again until you finally get out. It would be pretty funny if a DLC comes out where all the far cry villains come together and have to out villain each other.

There is a DLC where you play as the villains. in Vaas' you escape various bits of his mind.

Probably not. I at least try and steer clear of the ones that have been publicly outed, e.g. Ubisoft, Activision/Blizzard & Quantic Dream.

But pretty much every major publisher/developer at the very least has a problem with crunch, which sucks.

Arseholes are everywhere, including small companies. I am just a bit skeptical about believing a sexual harassment claim without proof. I don't say it won't happen, it happens way too much. It is also a rather easy way for some women to make easy money by blackmailing.
