Yeah, but the results weren't great either.

Bullet travel time in games is bullshit. Maps are too small, hits should register the milisecond you pull the trigger. Don't know about the technical details though.
Agreed. In fast-paced shooters, bullets really ought to be hitscan. This is also why the non-Warzone version of MW2019 was better, because the smaller maps made the "realism" changes thankfully almost unnoticeable. The fucked-upness didn't show as much.

For some games bullet travel time is OK. But most games overexaggerate so badly how slow bullets go, and how much they drop. IIRC most Battlefield rifles vastly underperform even compared to black powder muskets. Tarkov is probably the only game that does it well IMO.

time to shill Arma 3 :D
Nah, too slow. Boring.

Exactly why I play Tarkov!

Almost everywhere you go you have to really think about where the enemies are. Listen to the sounds, look at corpses, what faction they're from, who would've killed them, what angle they got shot from, any blood trails that might lead to stragglers, if all people from a shootout are accounted for, etc. If you skip all that you can easily find yourself getting surprised by an enemy somewhere, which can easily get very bad.

Siege doesn't allow you anywhere near this level of immersion, detail, and in-depth gameplay. Plus, playing Siege is like playing the same 20 minutes over and over and over again. That's why I stopped playing.

Tarkov is very different. That's like playing the same 4 hours over and over again :cone: .

Don't think this is a new thing, but he keeps popping up in my feed spouting the most ridiculous pro-Trump bullshit and it's honestly quite annoying but you can't block him, only "see fewer posts" :xD: .

Nah, one should never turn a deaf ear to an opponent's thoughts. Almost everyone just listens to the opinions of people they already agree with. This is not the basis of a well-informed opinion. In order to disagree with someone in any meaningful way, one must know what moves them, you can't just pretend they don't exist.

You literally said that it was annoying that you couldn't block Elon. The only way to escape Elon on his own platform is to escape. You can always find other sources of alternative views.
