looks like a toxin tractor but it has a brown barrel instead of a green one and it fires chocolate

I think Jordan had already planned for something like this to be put in.

Dark Chocolate upgrade:

(excuse the RL spiel for a second)
Dark Chocolate produces serotonin in your brain which gives you a euphoric feeling (makes you feel good and relaxed).

Since Dark Chocolate does that, I was thinking it could be like Thrax's Virus attack and make the soldiers fire slower or possibly disable their control for a short period of time like the Leaflet drop.

Milk Chocolate upgrade:

Adding milk makes the chocolate more potent (don't ask how) acts like the Anthrax Beta upgrade.
