the other filter looks like a texture, maybe texturizer

oh and the second pic is just the first pic with the colours inverted

You know, he didn't ask you guys to say what you thought he did or what he used. He placed it here so that you could look at it and say something about it, not "this is how you did it".

Anyway, the design itself is pretty interesting and the last one looks dark, kind of like something for NOD.

ah i see you have found layer styles, it looks very good now you have applied some more effects, you should use the sig you made as your own sig or just put it underneath. Personaly i think the background could do to be more lively but it is good no the less.

The font is very nice and effective but with the sig one it is a bit iledgible try using darker colours or put it against something else.
