Looks kinda like the one ring,

I think the text would look better either without the shading around teh edge or in a different colour, it looks like its been slapped on a very good render.

7/10 with improvement in text could reach 9/10

With no offense meant toward Izzy, I like Zeke's sig a lot more. I think it's because the render lends itself better to being a sig, but this may also just be personal preference.

new NOD-GDI Sig :

I suggest to lower the time of the animation, atm it is kinda too fast imo. The colours look a tad off of what the sides should be, but chances are very high it is this not-so-great TFT screen. The Nod logo (red) seems to have more space than the yellow, I think it would be better to give them an equal amount of area (unless it's just me ). Maybe give Nod more blackness and GDI more white, but again this screen doesn't display it to be correctly so I can't give a 100% accurate idea.

Other than those things, I think it's a nice sig . I like how you incorporated the logo's into the ' grungy' (or whatever that's called) background. Can I ask how you made the background, or does that take long to explain? I've always wondered how people did backgrounds like this.. do you use a certain kind of brush (es)?

One thing I noticed, which was very disturbing, is the contrast in colors and the unfitting font. Remove the blue bits from the image, and instead color the areas with darker brushes, it's too lighty. As Blaat said, make nod more black.

I like the effect, but I would agree that it needs a border, and white may not be the best color to go with red in this case.
