Hey Guys/Girls, :sh:

Ok rlly bad news after i reinstalled my system etc i had few disc errors.

first error whas i had some error partitions on my disc so installed a tool of hitatchi and fixed it,
I reinstalled system again with SP2 nothing wrong.

After 2days testing of my harddisk "with all my backupfiles i had" crashed in the night.
My dad installed a fix tool for the HDD to backup the files and date of me.

he installed a disc fixing tool that had to fix the disc but he only gived errors.

And now my disc is dead only boot for few mins cant read my files anymore its totaly gone.
i sended the hdd to the factory to let them backup my files if posseble. but i think they cant do it.

This upcomingweek i get my new system so i hope I can get more online and work on mods again.


I Also can say the mods i whas working on will maybe canceled:

Oh sweet jesus. That sucks, man. I can't believe Alpha could be cancelled. I hope everything gets fixed.

Hopefully they'll be able to fix your hard drive. I haven't been really keeping track of the mods you have made but I surely know they would be of the highest quality.

Losing all that you've done would be like a death.

I'm really sorry to hear this.

Ah shit that's sucks big time man hope eveything works out okay and those mods don't get canceled.

Man this sucks. Losing what you've put lots of time and effort into, only to find that it may be on the endangered species list is heartbreaking. I hope you're able to put the pieces back together into something that resembles what you had.

This sux big time, You don't have to close down the mod do you? i'm sure you had all the files somewhere else that you forgot, a backup somewhere? If this turns out ok, make an online back up But untill then, i hope this all turns out ok, and if i could help...I would but, seeing as im a whole ocean away...Kinda impossible

Hey boys/and girls,

im at my work now yesterday i whas looking for some old backupped CD's of some models and scripts. i rlly found a few models of alpha mod but tons of losted. The site is never made on my own system on my dad and files still there.

I will look on my DLT Tape's if there is some stored i remember that there is some data.

But i hope the disk factory can fix my problem :(

I always put maps and things on burn discs for a backup.

I'm sorry to hear that. If they can't fix your computer, then oh well. When it's gone, it's gone. Then you just start from square one and do it over again.

I got many problems about my hard drive like you said, i can repair ir and it does restore my data, that works.

Well i also make a backup off everything i do on my external HDD.

Got some file on my external disc but not the newest most stuff need to be rebuild and will not be done after CNC3 is released so i need to look if it can contineu or ppl still intressted when CNC3 is out

That's really bad dude, hope your hdd gets fixed, hope you get out of stress.
