Well when a lot of people look at anime, what pops into their heads? Big eyes, ridiculous stories, ultraviolence, bright colors, weird faces and rice. DBZ gets all of that.

prove that there juvenile and moronic then ? i know you can't becuase those are opinions which can't be proven.

so those opinions can't prove its a kid's anime now its defently not a supremely mature but maturity is just a state of mind when humans start to become narrow minded and no longer open minded i prefer a child's attude to a adults any day.

how ever with that said both dbz and naruto have mature moments in them as much as many other animes just they tend to be overshadowed by the humorous elements that sometimes have child like quality to them more so in naruto but whats wrong with that ?

Well, you are right in that opinions cannot be proven. However you must admit that there are a lot of childish stuff in Dragonball that will not appeal to older viewers. That's basically what I mean with "giving Anime a bad name", because every single joke about Anime stereotypes and perversion comes from such series, and because many people only have experience with these series when they think about anime as a whole.

Violent animes usually have less deformed faces. A noteable exeption is Elfen Lied.. Oh god, that series sucks horse cock.

I hate they way they show significance of a certain character can be identified by the 'coolness' of his/her hairdo.

I hate the way some male characters show genuine care to each other like they want to hump each other.

Bad things about anime:

1)Pokeyman, Narutock, Dragon Ballz, Yugi-AH, Bey Bladders ('nough said)
2)Lately there's plenty of Anime that copies from everyone and doesn't do anything of new by itself.
3)Bad series are usually too long and good series are too short.

Good things:

2) Some of the girls who watch it try to act like characters of it and have sponataneous outburts of emotion.
3) Naturally annoying people who watch it become even more annoying when they try to act like ninjas and pretend they're going kung-fu on you.
4) NINJAS DONT WEAR ORANGE JUMPSUITS!!!!!!!!!!
5) People who scream out the names of cards from Yugi-o s***!
6) People who randomly scream the main lines from the shows like Naruto.
7) People who think they are watching real anime but aren't and then brag about it.
8) All the gay momments like when 1 of 2 guys gets hurt and they hug.

Wow thats alot of stuff I dislike. :wahhhhhaa:

Btw: cool stuff.

1) Tactical series like the older Gundams. ( Now its a crappy emotional series)
2) Nukes!
3) Some animes based of wars. (I saw some goood ones based of the Pacific campaign of WW2)
4) Animes that aren't over-emotional.
5) Ones with a more realistic drawing style.
