I believe that Vista will have a compatibility feature like the one XP has, but also includes windows XP SP 2. As for playing game, I don't know...

I got Windows Vista RC2, it can run all games that are for Win 2000 or Xp, when you get Windows Vista, you can open a Games Folder, there nice Games Theme have installed that you can read their information and show ESRB icons like E (Everyone), T (Teen), M ( Mature), etc.

It improves PC Game.

Greetings.

Not everybody uses the ESRB though. But I guess it will be customizable to a select one... i.e. PEGI, ESRB, OFLC, etc...

Microsoft has gone on record to say that anything that can run on windows XP with service pack 2 will run on windows Vista 99% of the time. So test the game in Xp with SP2 and check if it works or not.

Yes vista can play any game that XP can.

it will ship with 2 versions of Direct X. Direct X9.4 (or whatever) and Direct X10.

V9.4 is simply used as a means to make XP games compatible with vista, and X10 is meant for vista only games. they reported you could play RA2 on vista if thats any relevance to you.

in all if it can go on XP it can go on vista.
