the listening post is right, the new warmaster is based of a Soviet era T64 with alot of parts added from more modern tank such as the T90 to make it look meaner.

The battlemaster looks alot like a chinese Type 88 or Type 62 but i'm 100% certain that it isn't realy based of any real life tanks as when you start putting blue prints of a real life tank next to it you will be able to see that none of them will match with the shape a battlemaster in generals has.
Thus my conclusion is that it is roughly based of the looks of some RL tank of the PLA with alot of parts and things improvised.

As for the scorpion tanks they are based on the tanks used by the italian armed forces durring worldwar 2.
