I see you're object counter is dangerously close to the 3000 border, you should always aim for the 3000 border and not the 3500. Other then that, all i can say, awesome update. I like the idea of the bridge trough the middle. But will it be passable by infantry and the like? I hope so because that will give players some interresting strategy's. And dont worry about the lag of updates, because i dont care about quantity, i care more about quality. And thats exactly what you're giving us :D

Looking pretty decent so far. Albeit, imo it seems a bit spaced for a City.
Cities are usually quite cramped as I've been lead to believe.

There are 2 problems with making it more cramped

1. The object count will be a lot higher
2. There is not much room to send units through

Update

As you can see the object count is getting high but unless you have
some ideas for the rest of the space where there was going to be city
then I guess I will just have to go over the limit.

btw crazykenny I made it so you can send units over the bridge. I had
originally stopped it but you asked so I made it so.

I have just hit the 3000 object count and I keep getting the message coming
up it is really annoying me so is the anyway to stop it from coming up or do I
have to click ok every time I place an object.

You'll want to subtract some objects mate. I know you want to have lots of detail, but because of the way EA set the game and the mapping system up, you really shouldn't go above 3k objects. The game basically grinds to a halt and the map becomes unplayable.

I ended up filling it with city. At the moment the object count is at 3382.

There is a couple more thing to fix and then I will put it up for testing.

Have you attempted thinning out the trees a little more within the city? even 3 trees to a small grassy are can look as effective as seven.

EDIT: It won't do too much, but it will help to reduce the object count.

Well I run a rather high end computer but I tried it and there was no lag.
