Vehicles are about the only thing plasma is below-average against.

I wish they'd give Rhinos gunners like they did in the Pro mod.

Then Rhinos would become cheap cannon fodder.

in DC 1.2 rhinos are cap free units but there is a build limit of 3 but they do not take any of your vehicle cap.

I thought you meant the build limit. Well anyways, I wish they'd have some sort of weapon, like in the tabletop game.

In the Lights of the Warp mod, they add a "Kharn the Betrayer" he's basically a cross between a Khorne Berzerker and the Chaos Lord.

Khan the Betrayer is a special character in Tabletop. He's insane in close combat, and has a chance of attacking his own men if there aren't any enemies around.

Second faction was now officially announced as Sisters of Battle. Though that means no Tyranids :( but I never really expected that to happen and Sisters of Battle seem kinda cool in the trailer.

Give me any other faction other than Sisters of Battle. That just pisses me off that it's them and not the Tyranids. You HAVE to have the 'nids. The lamest faction in War Hammer 40k is Sisters of Battle. Their core relies on another faction, the Witch Hunters, who, I'm sorry to say aren't much of anything when compared to the other races. Tyranids may not have been doable to THQ's desires, but I assure you that the 'nids are a better race to include alongside the Dark Eldar.

I have an inkling of why they included the Sisters of Battle, and to be honest, it was a noble thought, but one better left out of a game that deals solely with war. My thought is that the Sisters were brought in to offer a sense of balance to what the Dark Eldar offer. Kind of petty if you ask me. The Tyranids have a much more diverse selection of units with which to lay waste to an enemy's base, plus there are countless tales of Imperial Guard and Tyranid encounters. As the Eldar have myths about the Necron, so do the Imperial Guard have entries of meetings with those horrid bugs. Those "holy rolling sisters", although not your garden variety Amazon, still have a long way to go until they can compare with the likes of Chaos, Orks, Eldar, Tau and Necron.

Ah well. DoW + WA + DC + SS + Tyranid Mod + Inquisition Daemonhunt = Every race in 40k playable.

Meh, I've never been to botherd by the fact there are no 'nids, and infact I think the sisters of battle look pretty awsome, so I'm going to apply some Shw philosophy here, don't knock them, till you've tried 'em. I have no interest in the Dark Eldar, infact I feel they're alil cheesy (and not in a good cheese coverd way) but I'm still gonna try 'em, same with the Sisters of Battle.

Dark Eldar are better than the Sisters, and I'll tell you why:

There's a story behind them and their units have variety. Sure, they're a bit sadistic :P , but at least that sadism adds to their uniqueness and shapes their design. Given their name, the Dark Eldar were once Eldar, but decided to indulge in the weaknesses of the flesh and thus they "fell from grace".

I have no love for the Sisters of Battle. They're little more than female Space Marines and to be blunt, the 40k universe could do without another Imperium faction. I would have much rather seen the Tyranids be added, but since Relic said their game engine wouldn't render them properly, they should have added the Daemon Hunters. At least the Daemon Hunters have proper Dreadnoughts, instead of those stringy, poor excuse for a Sentinel, Penitent Engines (who are little more than "heretics" strapped to scaffolding). The Sisters of Battle's only claim to fame besides their Inquisition derivement is their trust in the flame. They have converted a Rhino transport into what they call an "Immolator". They are a melee faction, so instead of blending long-range and short range, they focus pretty much on close-in combat. If I get SoulStorm, I do know for a fact that I'll at least try the SoB (<--LOL!), and then ignore them.

Somehow i saw this coming a mile away, you would think they'd have a different name if they had the 'nids. Personally they look great but I'll reserve judgement when the expansion comes around. Besides, the campaigns gonna kick ass :P
