My ships may look powerful, but often suffer from poor turret coverage and, most of all, excruciating maneuverability. So with good micro, smaller ships can defeat them quite easily. Yeah. but even if they have no weapons from the behind, their forward weapons will rape most ship before they can flank them :P

The weapon version launches on its own like other weapons. The Pod Launcher module has to be fired manually like other modules.

Make sure none of your values are inappropriate, nothing like -2 or 100000


And to everyone; though All of your ships have good sheilding coverage, they are incredibly brittle in design, I suggest you take on skeleton, or scale style plate design to your ships, instead of the stick like or hole-through-to-the-core-of-your-ship style :P
and then re-enforce all areas of the ship by placing extra pieces around the outsides.

Best ship yet. It sure as hell aint brittle. It's got 3 Nanites, 6 Deflectors, and tons of extra plating.

Do you think it's a Destroyer, or Super Destroyer in your opinion? =0

Looks much more secure, nice job :P
And you can class it how you want, but from the Skirmish classes, Super-Battleship.

I got my customized weapons working now, how I don't know.

BTW:The Odin got totaled in 20 seconds by a new ship I'm working on, the moter of all uberships.

You need more Flak Kirvok. My Ships have almost half their weapons as Flaks/Partical guns, as they can incercept enemy fire.

I see people are beating the Odin with (presumably) railgun spam or fully aegised ships. How about I add two more arms to it when Shipmaker 3.0 is out? :P

Yeah good idea. But does it look nice? It's one thing to assemble a giant invincible triangle but quite another to make a good looking well armed ship.

I don't spam railguns honestly not a fan, also down with shields! A ship should be able to take another with well placed armament and damage control devices. Not too mention decent tactics.

Well, I've made my first uber ship and it can take down the Odin.And it doesn't spam aegises, though it does have some.

Problem: Odin=way to poweful

These to uber ships have a big surprise in store, so no screenshots,wait till you actually get to play with it.

uber ship=HMS Robert Oppenheimer

so 1337 that it beats anything ship=HMS Edward Teller

Those who beat the Odin might want to take it to level 2 and try beat the Odin and my other übership "Moon Cleaver" at the same time. Both are vulnerable from the back and sides, but the Moon Cleaver is even more lethal to small ships and unpredictable than the Odin.
