Well sir, frankly your comment of "If I can't beat the WCW5 with a practical and fair ship" is quite uncalled for.
Because frankly there is no set standard of Practical and Fair. Compared to the monsters my fleet has to face, they ARE practical and fair, and you only speak of the WCW5; You have yet to see the power of my flagship Ragnarok

And 2ndly, you haven't even fought it yet, so you only assume it's a "wankship".

I really don't think "Eddy" could be considered practical and fair against anything,have you downloaded it?Its a few pages back. :nod:

BTW:I thought the Ragnarok was WCW5, apperantly I'm mistaken.

WCW5 is the 2nd largest ship right next to the Ragnarok. Ragnarok is the one with the split front.

Ragnarok = Super Dreadnought, could non-officially be called the WCW6
WCW5 = Dreadnought
WCW4 = Obsolete, semi-defective, and withdrawn from service
WCW3 = Reclassified as a Battlecrusier and put into mass service, still serves to this very day.
WCW2 = Defective and withdrawn from service
WCW1 = and withdrawn from service

And I saw the Eddie, that thing really could be defined as overpowered. The health, Aegis, and Godlike speed and turning is ...... obscene.

The Aruora-Class Star Dreadnaught is the work horse of all Atlantian fleets. To effectively attack and fend off the Wraith, the ships have been designed to work in groups of other Aroura-Class ships. The ship boasts 4 Drone Launcher platforms that swarm the enemy ships and bombard them with Drones, along with several beam cannons along the exterior of the ship.

I think that's caused by aegis deflectors being child to the area they protect, so make them protect another area.

One or more of your weapons are childed to another weapon. To correct this, remove sections one at a time and press Ctrl+Z, if there are any weapons left floating in space with their parent lines going off into the blue yonder northwest then there's your problem, and you'll have to manually delete and replace those weapons. Make sure you have a SECTION selected when placing weapons, and NOT another weapon.

My flagship is a powerhog and some of my weapons don't have the power to function unless some of my major power intensive sections are destroyed. I see some of your ships and they have way more kit than mine and appear to work fine on your screens. (I refuse to use other peoples ships). Are their modules I have to add?

I must be completely honest. I have tried this game twice, but I simply can not get into it. I have tried to build ships, but my "creative genius" has gone belly up me thinks. However, that doesn't mean I don't like it :P .

It sports arms of the highest grade and also aims for the best survivability available, which is made possible because of the amount of nanomatrixes and deflectors installed on this battleship.
Although this traded in it's mobility for survivability and firepower, it won't stop this ship from rolling over yours.

Also, there's another ship in the field, nicknamed the Shielder, it's an opponent which uses it's front shielding to prevent being hit.

The only way to beat this beast is to take it from behind (no pun intended). Once one piece falls, the rest will collapse with it.
It's a real flanker, and should be called an evasive glass cannon. (High damage output and low defence)

Just a tip.. If there are loads of other ways out, grossly overscaled modules should be avoided. Why? It looks ugly.

It did fight back if I got close, it's just that most ships have a limit to their AI range, and the Dreadnaught's missiles have like 2K range, so maybe that was the problem. . .

Here's my stab at the Death Star, I think it's rather good it even has a "trench with an exhaust port the size of a wump rat. A torpoedo that can make it's way through can destroy the whole bloody thing! :P The main weapon is shielded (duh!) and the slowly crawling battle station need some improvement on the defensive weapons side but I think it's ok and as round as I could make it!
