Training Day- 8/10

Overally a good movie. The begining can be a bit boring but after like 15 mins it gets cooler. Plot is good and the end is also good altho a bit unrealistic but hey you dont get 100% realism in movies.

Starship Troopers 2: 1/10

Compared to ST1 this movie is total crap...actually its prolly the worst SF movie i saw in the last couple of years. It gets a 1 just cuz 2-3 characters were good (in the means of character development) otherwise it would be totally crap

I liked training day too - thought it was very good. As for Starship troopers 2 - i bought it on dvd as a box set with starship one - it was cheaper than one on it's own. I actually think I would have paid the extra money not to have had been sold Starship Troopers 2 - the biggest pile of dogs bollocks ever.

Latest for me = Love Actually - actually loved it - need i say more! 10.1/10

The Usual Suspects - 9/10

Been ages since I saw it for the last time. Quite a classic.

If I were an alien from a distant world, unhampered by the endless void of space for whatever reason, I would stay the hell away from these primitive, monkey-like creatures from Earth who are too busy slaughtering each other over subjects such as religion or ethnicity, who pollute their one and only planet and who praise mindless pop-culture personalities more than scientists and philosophers.

Iron Man:

8/10
A good mix of humour, action, romance, plot... Nothing special. It has good underlying messages and themes but doesn't make a statement about them in the end. In other words, it flipflops on its morals.

I would say that Iron Man is the best comic-book-to-live-action movie to date.

QFTW

You really notice that Marvel did this one on their own and no story-rushing director :) (Unlike Spiderman 3 :( which could be easily splitted up into at least 2 separate movies) Just wait for the new "The incredible Hulk" movie, which is being produced by Marvel again

Heat 10/10: Classic. The story is quite good as it aint everything straightforward nor unrealistic. And a plus is alot of good actors doing their job nicely (Al Pacino, De Niro etc...)

Chaos 7/10: Not bad. The story is good though it isnt done quite as it should have been done (eg. too many unrealistic BS stuff). Acting was good though some actors should be replaced as they dont potray the character quite good but otherwise it wasnt bad.

Crash - an intriguing look at racism through the eyes of various individuals of varying racial heritage, or racial bias. Fascinating film that combines the stories so well. Not for everyone however - I thought it was great, but lent it to a friend who hates it - it's very very truthful - if you can't handle the truth then don't watch this movie. For me 9/10

Blame it on Fidel, my bad, sry for bad spelling
it's a hilarious and witty look at Communism and the rise of other governments in the 60s from the eye of the young daughter of two very political and inspired parents. It's very, very good.

Iron Man 10/10

One of the most amazing super hero films ever. It rivals Batman Begins and Spiderman 1.

Great movie and plotline. 'Nuff said.

Harold and Kumar: Escape from Guantanamo Bay: 11/10

Just a plain freaking hilarious movie. I had SO many laughs during the film. Such a great way to reward IB testing and getting over it. :)
