10/10 the colors throughout the sig are perfect.

The background is great, especially with the fade out above the mountains, The border also adds a sense of beauty and the text is well chosen as the holes look like its simply snow fallen upon the text. =)

What is your problem?
If you are going to have a hissy fit because someone rates your sig badly, Then don't post here.
You may be new to making sigs but people are going to critisise you, it's not 'let's pick on the new kid to make ourselves feel less insecure' its 'lets help afterflash get better by pointing out the flaws so in future wont make the same flaws and will produce better sig's'

I fully agree with Kid, The abstract background looks odd because it then has hexagons. and with the boeder.

If you using gimp, I think u can add borders the same way as in PS.

Press CTRL + A then go to Edit then stroke, then use those controls to add one.

First, better 7/10 but Shw logo have a blue part also the renders have some red parts

Gotta a suggestion:
Try to select the color of the renders, and with a grunge brush (i dunno if GIMP use that ) and create a background with it. Then put the render up the background, and with the eraser tool erase the border of the render. i use that in Big Bruce sig, look im my gallery
