It's not a epic unit, the Allies and Soviets do not have one and EA said that RA3 will not have them (Knowing EA things could change) anywho it's just a Campaign expansion so shouldn't matter even if there is Epic units.

didnt read that at all in any side, link?

IIRC what they have said were the MAPS will be in 1.08 , the units will be discursed if they will put in a patch or not

we dont know how powerfull the harbinger is, could be epic unit level
and there is another unit no reveled who could be the soviet equivalent
and even then one side can have a epic unit and others dont

then again maybe is because is ONLY suppose to be single player only and in the case they put it in a patch in the future could be nerfed to unit level very fast

"However, Ajami said that EALA will evaluate which, if any of the new units, it wants to balance specifically for multiplayer in the future with a view to releasing them into the wild."

the combat cycle was reveled, they reveled 10 units, that left one unit to be reveled

that doesnt said anything about the next patch(taking into account they already said the 1.07 will be release very soon) and i am really sure they mentioned 6 month space of time before actually put them in game in they put them, i assume the time will be for balancing them

They might not be putting them in the base game at all. If they do it'd be the first time they've ever added units through patching that I can remember. I certainly wouldn't expect to see something like the Giga Fortress in an online match-up without another expansion, multiplayer this time.

"Working together, we can build a world in which the rule of law — not the rule of force — governs relations between states. A world in which leaders respect the rights of their people, and nations seek peace, not destruction or domination. And neither we nor anyone else should live in fear ever again." - Wesley Clark

Whose bright idea was it to give the Soviets a bike? Seriously... I can't think of anything more un-Soviet than a bike.

Ah, but he was expressing his dislike for the Soviets getting bikes. I was suggesting that Bears could have filled in that purpose instead.

Hardly a copy - the Cryo can't kill any unit using it's weapon, can't move instantly to a new location.. etc, although the name is obviously meant to give people nostalgia. This is yet another support weapon for the Allies, whereas the Chrono Legionaire was an exceptional offensive weapon when used properly. I like what I see - it's not unique but it's certainly an inventive rehash of previous Allied tech, and sounds like quite the useful weapon.

the funny thing is how this unit is able to move in all terrain and ever on water, i find it fits more the the SEAL niche than a chrono legionary niche to tell the true

I don't mean weapon wise, but more the looks: the gun is a direct copy, and so are some other parts of them.

its suppose to look similar to the chrono legionary, but this one is a lot more bulky, since has what appear to be a "power armor" while the chrono legionary just had a suit

Well it's quite close actually - the profile acknowledged the training they receive which could very much be classified as the type Special Forces go through. In that respect, they're pretty close to Navy SEALs.
