Not a new song, something I recently came across. I realise Fightstar isn't entirely everyone's favourite kind of metal, but I find the outtro riffs from 2:39 onwards are so simple, yet fantastically placed out with precussion, they send chills across my spine.

Here is a classic from Opeth, odds are alot of you have probably already heard it, but godamn I love that epic gothic sounding introduction. It's not gothic music in itself, but it conjures gothic images, at least for me anyway.



This is from a new band I have discovered recently, called Leprous - From the name you might be thinking death metal, but you would be wrong.



Short upate today, as I haven't really been looking for as much new music lately, and alot of the stuff I am listening to is prog rock.
