And when you do get in game it's filled with people sniping with LMGs and idiots who think the game is all about ghillie kills. Seriously just tried 3 servers full of the c*nts. I wish MW2 hadn't been so lame, they'd all be there now, looking down their scopes and rubbing their c*cks at the same time.

I'll admit that the M1911 is pretty much the only pistol worth using, but it barely receives complaints because it's unlocked so early and everybody has it. So, it'd be nice if they left it alone

The problem with the 1911 is that it's better than most primary weapons. There is nothing wrong with it being the best pistol, but it can beat some people waiving a LMG (obviously not the M60).

After about five minutes of M9 I switched to the M1911 and never looked back but tbh I don't mind strong secondaries. I wouldn't want the M1911 to be taken to M9 level personally, I'd rather see the other sidearms get a buff.

I was shooting at a fleeing enemy with the AKS-74U, but I was running low on an ammo and he was moving out of range, so I pretty much fired a couple of blind shots with my M1911 (ADS though) and hit him. Pretty insane, the gun's a beast.

Use the Mp44 Grache guys, takes like 4 to 5 rounds and it fires crazily fast. Reminds me of when people took like the 92fs from COD and made their fire button the scrolly keys. Good times.

My game is continuously crashing now as well, never had that before. It appears to be a video driver crash so whatever Dice has been doing, they fucked it all up pretty bad. Updating my video drivers, hoping that will fix it.

Yeah Dice has the uncanny ability to be able to fix things in their patches but at the same time they break something else

Just gunna fly out of nowhere and state that I now love the M416 and xm8. The XM8 and M416 are so epic man, colossal damage and accuracy. Generally use the XM8 for close range for its high ROF and the m416 for longer situations. And I also pack the 40mm Shotty now..Like all the fucking time. It's helpful. No other gun allows you to swing around in response to being shot up and 1 hit a guy. Besides another shotgun of course.


Mp443 Grache also makes the colt look like a joke I've found. Going to have to post a video example for you guys so you can see what I mean.

Not really, with the Colt I've found that firing blindly from the hip is very accurate. I pull out my pistol when in a last ditch effort to survive close combat, and the M1911 has saved my life far more times than any other pistol that I've tried.

(oh and Wiz, it's Machete-V now but doesn't really matter if it can't be changed)

You can do that with the MP443 too. It's even more accurate from the hip in my experience.

Recoil (HIP Spread)
MP433 > 0.6 Amp to Kick of 7.0
M1919 > 1.2 Amp to Kick of 8.0
MP412 > 3.5 Amp to Kick of 7.0

Technically Kalo is correct. From the hip and even in zoom the MP443 is more accurate and has a quicker rof, but loses on dmg per bullet.

In my experience when you can do more dps (damage) faster then the item that has the most damage out of all of them, you do more over all. And it's very true in all honesty. Just give it a try guys, it's like a sniper rifle man!

While it's really cool that everyone feels the need to publish a video or chart on BC2s weapon damage, you'll find they never show the advantages to low damage guns, or low ROF guns. Like the SAW with Magnum rounds would probably be the most OP LMG after the M60 receives a nerf because of it's awesome rate of fire and accuracy in sustained bursts for long range. Or the PKMs slow firing rate but awesome accuracy.


The only guns I can truly say that are trash would be the M9-3 (It's semi decent with an accuracy spec), the F2000 (Because Assault usually doesn't engage people at the range it's actually good at) the NORMAL Pump actions (Seriously glad they're receiving a buff soon if they are going to add the damage buff.) and the Thompson (Decent with Mag rounds). And the Type 88 LMG personally.

thompson kicks a lot more ass than the stats would suggest, especially at mid range, and the type 88 is probably the best lmg available before you get the m60

Just got the M14 today, what do you guys make of it? I managed to get 24 kills already with it, seems to be pretty accurate and powerful. Could definitely do with a RDS or 4x sight (which DICE may or may not add in a future patch).

Not a big fan of the M14 tbh. I haven't had it long, but it doesn't seem to fit into a particularly easy to use style. If you want single shot damage you use a sniper, it won't win in CQB over nearly anything else, and I haven't found a situation where it's that useful, yet. However that might just be my playing style.
