You noticed you don't like it after > 75 hours?
If the game is really as broken as you described I highly doubt anyone would play it that long.
It's good for you that you'll get your money back but TBH, if a game managed to keep me busy for more than 75 hours, its definetly worth my money.
It's your choice anyway, but I think it's a bit harsh to call it unplayable and faulty.
There was a slight inaccuracy in what I said there. 75 hours is game time as read from my Steam Library - but not actual time spent
playing online MP. I only reached Prestige 1, Rank 47 (I immediately prestiged) so I don't know what that equates to in play time.
I also spent some time playing Combat Training and faffing about with the emblem editor, which do work.
I didn't give up on the game right away. As I stated previously, I played through the lag, freezes and crashes, and waited for the patches that I hoped would make things better. They didn't.
GAME's Returns & Refunds Policy states:
Quote
Faulty software where the seal has been broken may be returned up to 3 months after the despatch date.
If the game freezes and has all these other problems associated with it then it isn't working as intended. How do you classify that?
Many other users experience the same problems so it's not just me:
