Also, even though I predicted 1-0 for Uruguay, I somehow managed to enter 0-1 into the pool instead. LAME.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the Vuvuzelas putting players off, that is causing all these draws or poor matches?
You wouldn't think so considering how loud crowds are anyway but I'm considering it a possibility as some players have complained about the noise.
On a side note too about them things: I'm heading to Glastonbury next week and I certainly don't hope they are selling them at every merchandise stall you walk past, I won't be able to hear anything over the buzzing sound. I think people are worried about the Vuvus taking off all around the world because of this.

Also, Greece got lucky with that crucial mistake by Nigeria - I still reckon they would've tied if [his name escapes me atm] hadn't got his arse sent off so early in the game. Greece played much more inspired after that happened though, even though their early game was obviously inferior.

Argentina delivered beautifully

I'm hoping Mexico can teach France a lesson. Else maybe we'll see some good French play? (Something I haven't seen since Zidane's heydays).

This is a really good looking game though, the game is open and attacking, even if the quality is not great, especially from the french.

The two teams probably will focus on not losing the final match, resulting in a draw and a pointless mission for France or SA.

Also, I'm actually glad South Africa and France will probably drop. France doesn't deserve to go through anyway and South Africa is too weak AND makes too much noise
