The story is great, I'll give them that of course, but they used scripts for the gameplay reveal of a game and pretended that's what the game would actually be like, which is not the case.

You're really going to play the realism card? All games are going sacrifice a bit of realism for gameplay.


The AI does react to you running out of bullets. If you attempt to fire a gun that has no ammo, they will shout "He's out of ammo" (or something to that effect) and generally move into your position.


They didn't used scripts for the reveal of the game. If you use melee attacks around walls, conveniantly-placed-chest-high objects, etc. you will eventually smash the guys head against something.

TBH, the AI was running at me most of the time, sometimes with a loaded gun yet preferring to try and smash my head instead of shooting me with the gun...

I'm not talking about using melee attacks :|
I'm talking about enemies not ambushing you in a doorway and Ellie running around in circles instead of trying to help when you get jumped by someone. She only helped me once by throwing a bottle at my attacker D:
