I haven't played that specific track, but there was a track in WipEout Pure or Pulse that had hairpins turns like that, and they were a complete bitch to get right, but pretty satisfying when you did. Still, the first hairpain this track seems to be even more insane:

When I play a WipEout style game, I tend to focus on the horizon more than what is immediately in front of you. When you do that, there isn't actually that much movement, so I don't really find it that bad. At least, until the autopilot takes over and pulls off impossible turns.
