When I worked for the MoD I had to do all the stages myself (and I was supposed to fix any printing errors because the print staff didn't know how to fix them...) and it might as well be minimum wage because everything is so expensive here.
I think the company I work at now actually makes money and wants to keep it that way. It's called capitalism. I don't think it will catch on.

I think you get away with a lot less when it's going to print, the page/ink is very unforgiving. Then I've got the licensor, the internal proof team, the editor and then the final checks to get through. If it's then printed and looks shit, that's potentially thousands of prints wasted D:

Ah you need to do the things Turkish way. Designing, licensing, internal proof, editing,final checking AND printing, all done by the same person oh and all that for minimum wage

I had to pick up a Japanese sword as an American and use it to kill another player wielding a sword. What a good use of my time.

Finishing XCOM 2 on Legend difficulty is truly hard. As the shot percentage relies on RNG and not your "skills" No matter how great, brilliant or whatever the fuck you are, finishing it on your first run will be like hitting jackpot.
Same goes for hardest difficulty of Civ 5, forgot what it was called.
