You´re wasting ~50 Polys for a simple barrel so your modells are high-poly. Seeing the relatively low detail, you can´t argue with the poly-standarts of more detailed moddels.

Take the Katyusha for example. I count 6x3 barrels, each having 6 sides. That makes roughly 800 polys for what could be made with the same visible level of detail with ~150 polys (or even 12 if you use a box and a good texture). Even then the launching tubes would have way more polys than the vehicle itself with it´s ~100 polys (wheels not included).

Now don´t take this offencive, but please be aware that you will have to redo your modells if you want to reach an acceptable outcome for your mod.

Abourror, let the skins of your units do some of the work that polys would normally do, as this will save you valuable poly space on your units, and let you go into greater detail. That being said, you may also want to consider making the BRDM's wheels a little larger, as they look a little on the small side.
