I enjoy beer, but not for the purpose of getting drunk. I like the taste of good beer.
Ask me questions about audio technical matters or DAWs!

A glass of wine a day is actually healthy, and when your stomach is upset, it helps to calm it down.
Remember, everything in moderation.

I have never in my life been so drunk that I did not know where I was, what I was doing, or had trouble standing up.

Wisely spoken. (no irony)
When I've eaten too fast, my granny often gave me a liqueur in these small glasses. (dunno the english word. in germany it is called "kurzer" = shortie ) That always helped killing the pain in my stomach. As Nuker said: everything in moderation. (heck, even marijuana is used as painkillers by doctors)

And that's a problem why? Just because I'm allowed to do something, doesn't mean I do it.

Even people underage can drink.. their parents and such are bound to have alcohol if they drink themselves.
If you ask me personally.. saying no to alcohol shows a sign of maturity moreso than saying yes.
