You know here in Scandinavia it's socially accepted to get totally wasted during the weekend.
I enjoy beer, but not for the purpose of getting drunk. I like the taste of good beer.

i think this topic would meake more sense to me if i knew the ages and locations of people, I know 15yrs old (who are party whores) in the UK dont like some alcohol, 5 years ago i was liek that but now i'll try anything before deciding to drink it or not.
Im n ot addicted to booze but i do enjoy it. I do enjoy tryign uncommon beers such as anythign random we can hunt down in Tesco. favourite so far is Leffe Blonde

I don't becuase I'm not older enough to partake of spirits or liqour legally. If and when I do, it'll just be wine, and maybe a wine cooler every once in a blue moon.
A glass of wine a day is actually healthy, and when your stomach is upset, it helps to calm it down.
Remember, everything in moderation.

I take it only one day at the weekend for my part-time job as a cameraman at a local night club. It helps me relax and gives me that extra layer of skin necessary to deal with the general public.
I have never in my life been so drunk that I did not know where I was, what I was doing, or had trouble standing up.

Wisely spoken. (no irony)
When I've eaten too fast, my granny often gave me a liqueur in these small glasses. (dunno the english word. in germany it is called "kurzer" = shortie

OK the yes is losing in this poll, prehaps we should have asked how many people could legally drink? it may skew the results more towards the yes

I'm a lonely teenager, so yes I do open up a can once in a while at home. But mostly I'm a caffeine addict so I find myself with a can of coke or a cup of joe rather than one of a twenty-four.

And that's a problem why? Just because I'm allowed to do something, doesn't mean I do it.

Well, this is a pretty immature board, so no wonder there's alot of no-votes.

Even people underage can drink.. their parents and such are bound to have alcohol if they drink themselves.
If you ask me personally.. saying no to alcohol shows a sign of maturity moreso than saying yes.

you did have alot of trouble typing on msn that one time tho

anyways i do drink but very rarely since at most parties i go to i still have a long way to go back or i have to drive myself and drinking and driving is defently something you should avoid even if it's just one glass.
