My lil' CnC3 Expansion mod

Sgt. Rho's Photo Sgt. Rho 09 Jun 2007

Hi,

Tiberian Apocalypse is an enhacement modification for Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, later it will be fot the add-on "Kanes Wrath". The goal of Tiberian Apocalypse is to balance cnc3 more (example: Removing the mothership), giving it a better cnc-feeling and giving more tactical depth to the game, so you might even think thrice before you buy a certain unit.

So far, we have the following things:

GDI Mammoth tank

Nod Flame Tank

Nod Intruder Dropship

GDI Orca fighter

The mech on the right looks a bit tippy because its feet are set too close together. They are however, impressive models.

Nuker

Given the aim of his Mod, I think he's aiming more towards the Walker/Exo-Suit Part of it.
As apposed to your Mod, which is High-Tech Mechas.

I am aiming to something similar to shockwave, but different.

I want to make cnc3 to be more like a sequelt to TS, instead of TD...
Quote

Waris's Photo Waris 10 Jun 2007

What do you mean? The TW is already a sequel to TS.

Nexolate's Photo Nexolate 10 Jun 2007

It should be obvious what he means.
Think about it...

Basic Tanks => High-Tech Walkers => Advanced Tanks.

Anyone else see the problem in that chain?
Quote

Slye_Fox's Photo Slye_Fox 10 Jun 2007

Yeah, EA sucls.

That's the problem.
Quote

Sgt. Rho's Photo Sgt. Rho 10 Jun 2007

Exactely.

TW is actually more TD sequel than TS sequel, why the heck would the GDI trow away all the technology which did cost them millions and just works fine?!?

The flametank is slightly different from the orginal one: It fires a special chemical which BLOWS at contact.

Man those legs are spindly.
Not to mention that heavy-looking cannon would make it more than top-heavy.

It´s my fragged up 3ds max.....
Quote

Nexolate's Photo Nexolate 10 Jun 2007

Well, if you say so.
Still spindly.
Quote

Sgt. Rho's Photo Sgt. Rho 10 Jun 2007

No, in 3ds max they are much wider.....>.<

Alias's Photo Alias 10 Jun 2007

That is NOT a MK3.

Mammoth MK3 (Mammoth 27) is the C&C3 Mammoth.
Quote

Sgt. Rho's Photo Sgt. Rho 10 Jun 2007

It is the Mammoth MK3, since it´s a sequel to the walker, not to the tank
