Now that's a bold-faced lie. I'm a "global mod" and I visit this thread (others probably do too, but don't feel the urge to post). Just something to think about before you type Switch

Respectfully,

Who am I to say?
Who am I to say
"I know that fateful December day",
when the nation peacefully slept,
only later to have wept?

Enjoy the maze
This maze inside my head
continues to grow far and wide
escape with me, I invite you
welcome; please wipe your feet
don't wonder off without me
for shadows dance within corners
adorned in ballerina tutus
singing a dark lonely tune
Ignore the belly-dancing crickets
for they have lost their skirts
continuing to dance away
laughing while sipping their coffee
the corridor is long, I know
yet please enjoy the daisies
their scent is fresh as fruit
luscious desires are everywhere
touching the locked doors
will invite chaos, pain
wear a raincoat please
It's monsoon season
before you exit
please sign the book
yet you're never leaving
you completed the task
your seat is waiting for you
enjoy your ride down the shuttle
reservations have been made
for eternal rest within my heart

The Love To Thy Bird
By Short Stuff
Hello My Sweet Bird, Of Grace And Beauty
Time Has Grown Short, And I Must Return To My Duty
But Do Not Dispair, The Day Is Short But Tommarow Long!
And I Will Wait For Your Gracefull Song...

My Love...Likewise the way we think...
Boundrieless the strength of your love...
Tis the shame of our broken hearts...
That the raven hasth taken thee...
For my Heart will always dwell...
On the thought that ye shall live...
I shriek a terror in the night...
Of pain of shattered heart...
For the raven hasth taken thee...

So Little Time
Trapped behind
a shattered mirror (of my withered reflection)
Can't seem to break the stigma
surrounding all of my ambitions (that require a careful mind)
I feel so empty and alone
it's a small world after all
The wind is howling
through a hole made for a heart (no longer beating)
I walk this path alone
and the wind
it moves my feet
so that I may leave this place (I used to call home)
When I fall
there will be no one to catch me
no one to watch
as I kiss the ground (with mouth wide open)
I wonder how soft
my six foot fall would be
Musn't stop to breath
Can't bear to walk
but these arms can't take me there

Creation is the love of god...
for god hath given thy love to thee as of flesh and blood...
but no good is the mind of man...
Which has taketh the life of many a being...
so god made us with his love...
but we refuse his love...
With hate...

Hasth thee forsaken me? Taketh this and bless it with heart and mind!
For this is my heart, And not thine!

My spin-off of Paint it Black by the Rolling Stones:
Sky Turns Black
I see the white clouds and I want to paint them black
no colors anymore 'cause the sky is fading fast
I see the planes roll by and they're all painted black
I have to turn away from their engine's ferocious blast
I see a line of bombs and they're all painted black
with taunts and cameras never to come back
I see the pilots turn and quickly fly away
just like a bombing it happens ev'ryday
I look to the horizon and see that it is black
I see a red sky and must have it painted black
Maybe then the war will end and no one has to die
It's not easy giving up when all their hearts are black
I want to see it end, end, end, end in black
